Title: Hantek 6025BE calibrate
Hi. I buy Hantek 6025BE osciloscope. And i have three question:
1) How need calibrate CH1 and CH2 ZERO (Utility -> Calibration)? Need short BNC socket in osciloscope panel or need connect probe to BNC socket and short ends of probe? Because probe center wire has ~250 Om/8,9 MOm (x1/x10) resistance. Calibrate must be done in x1 or x10 mode?;
2) How need calibrate trigger ZERO, as well as CHx in first question?;
3) Calibrating time? CH1 and CH2 was calibrated 2 hours, TRIG i will test this night, because i see need many hours.

Sir, when the channel zero level offset or trigger offset, you can calibrate it.
When calibrating, disconnect any probes or cables from the input connectors.
This process only takes a few minutes.

Who influences long calibrating time? TRIG calibrating after 15 hours was not ending. Now i test on other PC.

Dear sir, TRIG calibrating never ending. Then i try measure (CH1) reference 1 kHz signal, from osciloscope panel whit trigger source CH1, then whit external trigger source, when in EXT input connected 1,3 V battery, but i not see signal line in application. Autoset function also not show signal line.
Is it damage and i must return product back to seller www.tme.eu ?

Sir, could you solder?
If you can, please replace the component D406(A DIODE, MBR0520,1R1C).
