Under Latest firmware the folowing file is listed dso3kb_20230327.zip
When I applied this to my instrument, it would not calbrate failing with an error.
I emailed support and never got a response.
Looking around the net I found that what is called firmware is in fact Software, my firmware was version 3000, when I applied the so called firmware "dso3kb_20230327" it showed on the system info as 1.0.3.0.0 etc.
and the Firmware remained on 3000, this is the problem and no one mentions this.
Managed to locate files called "dso3kb_FW3208_B208" and "dso3kb_FW3202_B202"
The update process is the same as the other, having done the update that did change the real firmware from 3000 to either 3208 or 3202 the problem that many are complaining about was fixed.
Now I am very disappointed with Hantek, lack of support response, with bad information on the update page and missing parts of the updates that are not published but available from others.
Any one has the same issue, cut the rubbish out and email me and I will provide the FW file
