I have a USB PC oscilloscope 60 22 BE. My question is if I buy probes 200 MHz I could use my oscilloscope to 160 MHz

Sir, the bandwidth of Hantek6022be is 20MHz, so you can't use it to 160MHz even if you use 200MHz probe.
