I just bought a Hantek 6254BC. It worked with the software. I tried to run it under OpenHantek, but now it just shows up as Cypress FX2LP No EEPROM Device.
I guess I need to reset the device or maybe the firmware became corrupted.
Is there a way to fix it. Is there a factory firmware to reflash?
The serial number of my Hantek6254BC is 641001727.
