Hi, have a 6022be that recently does not allow me to adjust the trigger, both channel reference points, or the cursors using my mouse and dragging
. Tried reinstalling both the program and driver. Please help
I figured out that I had clicked on the "Autosetup" button. When the autosetup button is not activated everything works fine. However once autosetup is clicked I have to exit the program then restart the program to run normally. Is this supposed to work this way?. I also looked thru the manual and could not find any reference to what the autosetup function is and why one would use it.
