I cannot install hantek ver1.0.30 software on my win7 computer. I wonder if it conflicts with other software? but the installation will not work, and the error is: "nstallscript setup launcher unicode has stopped working"

This error means that you don't have installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable in your computer. This library is a component of Windows and contains the DLLs needed to run the software. It should have being installed with the Hantek software but some error must have occurred.
Anyway, you can find the installer in the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Hantek\Scope1008\vc_redist to try to install it manually.
Note: You need to have your Windows 7 updated to be able to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, people who uses an unlicensed (pirate) copy of windows usually have the windows update disabled, this will make the VC++ installer fail and show an error. In this case either get an updated copy of windows or use the older version of scope's software (v1.0.12).
