365F Driver problem
I recently purchased a 365F.
I have installed the driver from www.hantek.com on a Win 8.1 PC and a W10 PC.
In both cases the Device Manager says the driver is working properly but the software is frozen at E mv and none of the functions work.
Please give me a screenshot of the computer device manager after you connect the 365 to your computer. It is better to display the device name.
And when you open the software, is there a prompt "No usb device was found"?
If not, please change the measure type such as V/A/OHM, is there the relay sound?
Yes,"No usb device was found" on software open.

Select “DSO-xxxx USB DRIVER 2"is not listed in the device manager.
"STMicroelectronics" Bulk Demo is listed in the Universal Serial Bus controllers.
There is the Hantek365 Driver in this post: https://www.eediscuss.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=9012&extra=
Refer to the document to uninstall the driver and use the Hantek365 Driver in this post to update the driver.
I can successfully remove the device and the OEMxx.inf files but when I reconnect the 365F the device driver auto installs so I can't select the specified driver.
Sir, after you uninstall the driver, please delete the two files in the following picture.
Now reinstall the driver.
bhound7.sys (and bhound*.sys) was not found when I searched, however, after deleting STTub30.sys I was manually able to install the correct driver and the device is now working properly.
Thank you for all your help!
That's great.
