Hello,
I have the exact same issue on my dso5202p. It is very little used. Tried re-conneting the keyboard cable but the issue remaings.
The seller would'nt help me.How do i fix this?

Hello.
I also have this issue. The scope is 1,5y old and is very little used. Re-connecting the keyboard cable did nothing.

Problem is U2 on front panel board. Try reflowing decoupling caps on both 74HC4051 mux/demux chips and pins 1 and 2 of U2 (rotary encoder signal pins). My scope DSO5102P now works (mostly).
