I would like to ask if you have a log of the changes in the latest firmware for the DSO5202P.

We did not make a change log.
The change log of which firmware version do you need, I need to check.
The latest one says its dated 2020-10-09 but I don't see a version number just the model which is DSO5202P
You can know the version number through the file name after downloading the file.
I list the change log of several versions.
200819: Fix the refresh of time base and trigger event in dual window mode fft.
200701: Fix the problem that the time base cannot be changed after a single scan.
191024: Fix fft grid line display problem.
