Customer Consultation

Hello. Explain to me where the noise comes from with such a huge amplitude (photo attached) without a connected probe. And how can I measure signals of small amplitude, if the intrinsic noise is more than 10% of the useful signal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!?And further. The oscilloscope should be calibrated with the input short-circuited so that there is no pickup at the input connector. He does not give this (hangs during the calibration process), which is not correct.Waiting for an answer.

It is normal for the oscilloscope to have noise. If you want to measure small amplitude signal, it is recommended that you choose a small volt/div.When performing self-calibration, please do not connect to any test line, because the test line will be interfered by the external environment and affect the calibration.
