1 ) How do I locate what firmware version I have in 100Mhz dso that lists 3.50.0 (200410.0) for software and 1020x ffffa001 for hardware ? Trying to detetmine if update needed.
2) have downloaded manual, find no instructions for connection to Desktop PC ? Front usb 2.0 vs rear usb printer type port.Thank you!

1. Your oscilloscope has the latest firmware. You can find its firmware at the following link.

2. Use the USB cable to link the USB port on the back of the oscilloscope to the computer, and now install the software and drivers.
