DSO5102P Serious update problem

Installed the latest firmware update but I now get an error screen:

System is not shut down properly last time ,
please select the start-up mode

Press F1 to reboot the system
Press F2 to recover the system
Press F3 to update the recover partition

Rebooting does not fix the problem, recovering also does not work, and F3 does not work because it is missing a file "recover.up"
Please help
Thanks

Please try to press F2 to recover the system.
I did that several times but each time it comes back to this screen, I have also tried F3 but it is missing a recover file.

I have access over serial, I wired up to the 3 points.
