DSO4202C DC Bias offset
Goodmorning,I have a problem with zero offset of my scope.
After calibrated it, setting a 2mV volt/div and without any probe connected i see CH1 and CH2 are not at zero and there are a 320 uV DC (same level on CH1 and CH2)
When I select GND from the CH1 or CH2 settings coupling, it goes go to zero
after recalibrating it goes -500 uV DC.
Why calibrating it don't goes to zero?
i have calibrated my scope when it was warm, after 1 hour of working.
It is any problem with my scope?
