New DSO2D15 freezes after 30 seconds of operation

My oscilloscope is out of order after 2 hours of operation.
After switching on, the beam was completely absent, and the oscilloscope froze after ~30 seconds of operation.
On the advice of a seller from Aliexpress (Hantek Official Store), I reflashed it with the utilities sent to me (several times!).
After that, he began to hang on the loading screen.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH! HELP!
