You could push the power button twice to restart the device. After that, set to default by push default setup button, and then you could upgrade the firmware:
1) If only your device firmware is 3000, using this:

2) If only your device firmware is 3200, using this:
firmware 20210510 and the software 20210705 (from eevblog)
