I just brought a osilloscope model DSO5102P, but it came broken, the screen is broke. The company who import it told me there is no warranty for it, because is an electronic divice
Is there a way that I can get this part to replace it?

If your oscilloscope is purchased from the Internet, you can directly contact customer service or our company will mail you a screen. If your oscilloscope is within the three-year warranty period, you only need to provide the postage. If your oscilloscope is not within the three-year warranty period, you need to provide the cost and postage of the screen.
