Hello, I have a problem with DSO4254C. I haven't used the oscilloscope for several months, and when I turned it on, it shows a black screen and all the lights are on. CN2036002005073

I haven’t use my oscilloscope DSO4102C Hantek for the Summer and, once turned ON, it shows the Hantek initial screen QR code.
I have tried to turn it OFF but no changes.
I have tried the procedure for recovery interface but it works randomly and no results anyway: sometimes Update Failed! sometimes restart and back to QR code.
I restarted and use F2 but no success.
Please help!

I have oscilloscope DSO4254С with S/N: CN1950002004114. After six month of inactivity I can see only initial screen with QR and lamp testing. Please help to resolve this! Thank You!
