I have a oscilloscope (DSO5072P) which fails to boot correctly. After the splash screen I get the following screen as picture attached. Is there a way you could help me please.

Yes I have rebooted many times and still comes up with same splash screen

Have you updated the firmware before the oscilloscope cannot be started?
