Buttons and knobs no respond on 2D10
Customer consultationhello, my hantek DSO2D10 does not respond to physical buttons. I can change parameters with PC software, but not with physical knobs and buttons. I restart the factory settings device with pc console command. but it didn't help. all leds on knobs and buttons are on, and i hear beeping when pressing buttons, but no response from oscilloscope.
What should I do to fix the device?

Please try to reconnect the cable between the mainboard and the keyboard.
i try that. everything stayed the same. most confusing part is that i get "beep" sound from oscilloscope when I press buttons and knobs, but there is no action on oscilloscope
Am facing same issue: no response from physical button - though did not try yet connect to PC and try to set back system (how does this work?)
The scope boots up and initializes hardware. After that it seems to load last settings and gets stucked directly. Pressing the physical button only creates a "beep" but nothing reacting on screen nor possible to switch off e.g. AWG.
Am not able to work with the DSO currently...

I have the same problem with my DSO8202E. I can switch ON/OFF but the screen still frezen.I sent an email to support but no response . Anyhelp?Thanks
I have a similar problem. I have a DSO2D10 which is less than 3 months old. After not using it for a few weeks, I turned it on and it boots up, but none of the buttons work. The "CH2 MENU" button and "RUN/STOP" buttons are green and the rest are off. All of the buttons will beep, but nothing happens. Channel 2, which is lit, will not show a signal when a probe is connected to it.HELP!!!
