DSO5102P not starting
Hello,
I have a problem with my DSO5102P.
It will not boot and the screen only shows the Hantek logo.
I can then turn it off then power it up again and then it will show a menu listing :
- F1 reboot
- F2 recover to factory default
- F3 Update recover partition
I have tried them all. The last 2 return "operation failed!" after a half a minute or so.
For full diclosure I have not used this scope for quite a few months.
I would appreciate any help I can get.

Hi my problem is same. My serial number is T1G/036 00884. I have had it for 6 years. I was satisfied with him. I hope it can still be fixed.
