DSO4254C Не загружается.

Здравствуйте уважаемые коллеги.
На сегодня столкнулся с проблемой, что мой асцилограф, Hantek DSO4254C, перестал запускаться.
После очередного зависания, что произошло в процессе измерения, часто мигала кнопка RUN/Stop, и я его перезагрузил - выключил и включил питание.
После этого, прибор больше не загружается, показывает на экране надпись Hantek и QR-код.В сервисном меню, F2 - > F1 результата не дает, пишет Operation failed.
F3 - тоже самое.
На форуме подобные ситуации находил, путь решения перезаливка ПО (как я понял).
На сайте производителя, для контактов нашел только "service@hantek.com", проблему свою описал с указанием марки и серийного номера прибора.
Ответа никакого не получил.
По тому и решил создать тут тему, может кто то мне сможет помочь.
Жалко прибор выкидывать.

Thank You very much, indeed! This procedure has made me possible to recover oscilloscope and reset it to default settings. But what the interesting thing, it respawned with chinese display. But it is "well known" :) chinese characters on the display that denotes language choose and how to choose another language. So, there are only Fracias anв Deutsch language available in addition to Chinese. Unfortunately both of them not my native. I can't find exact manual how to change display and menus to English. I suppose it may be specifig firmware, but no sure. It this case shall I upgrade firmware? Or specific procedure to change language exist?

Yes, after recover procedure only two languages are available. Even Chinese is not available now after first change of language. But I'm defenetely remember there were many of languages available before recover. As I can understand, it is not my own problem here is the same problem description from other customer -https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... &highlight=language
