Hantek 6254BC PC USB not worck

Hantek 6254BC worked after purchase for about two weeks. After the reboot, Windows became defined as Unknown device usb vid_04b4&pid_8613. As I understand the firmware was damaged. Sticker on the board 64s20469, DSO6xx4 V1.08 20170905. Please tell me how to restore. thanks in advance.
