Device Nand 0 Not found when running update

Hello,

   When I run the update for my 4254C using the SD slot,I see it installing files but also says device nand0 not found? Does anyone know what this is?

Shows it installs sucssufully and but when I remove the jumper and sd card the scope I still get no video after that..what am I missing?
