Hello,
I have a Hantek 6254BD oscilloscope that I accidently short circuited to ground.I opened the unit and noticed an IC has burnt marks on a lead.The IC is identified as U4 and had 1ADUH inscribed on the top of the IC.What is this chip?I'd like to replace it to see if I can save this oscilloscope.
