DS02D10 Decoding Problems

My newly purchased DS02D10 seems to be unable to decode serial data. I have tried to decode two signals being generated by an Arduino (UART at 9600 Baud and IIC at 115200 Baud) but neither of them will work.

The scope would first say "please adjust the trigger (no trigger)

After setting the trigger accordingly, it would then say "please adjust time base"

No matter how I set the time base this message will not go away and nothing can be decoded. Is there anything you could suggest that I try?

Serial decoding was a major selling point of this scope for me so if it doesn't work I will be looking to return it. I already tried updating to the latest firmware on the Hantek website. This scope also has various other bugs and lag issues, although I could look past them if all the features worked as advertised.

Is the FPGA version number of your machine's system information the latest (the latest version is 3205)?

If it is not the latest, you need to go to the forum to download the upgrade package and upgrade.

The link is as follows

Thanks, the decoding feature seems to be working now with 3205 installed.
