DSO 5102BMV blue screen

Hello, I have a problem with my DSO5102BMV.
The equipment has little use, I took it out of the box and it stopped working.
It only shows blue screen, there is no relay sound.
How can I solve the problem, can you help me?

The equipment worked perfectly, I kept it for 1 year in its box, and then when I took it out of the box to use it, it started like this with that blue screen.
