Problem with Hantek 6022BE
I received the Hantek 6022BE oscilloscope today. My laptop has Windows 11 version. I first tested this on a Windows 11 machine. After installing the drivers and software, opened the app. The red bulb of the device turns green once and continues to blink red. Running is shown under the left side of the app. But this doesn't work. I tried with a windows 10 computer. The problem is the same. Can you help?
