Customer Consultation:I have an MPO6102D
some times (more often on a 10x probe) it hangs and freeze and after 10 seconds restart and all setting reset to their default and factory values...
please give some firmware updates and fix this issue
this issue occurs more often I select device information while I'm there the device freeze...
