60ssBE Win11 driver issue

I downloaded and installed the HT6022 software, followed the directions in the manual and installed v1.0.6 of software. I connected the USB cable, installed the drivers and I was checking the compensation of one of the probes when the computer blue screened/crashed. The error was unhandled error in Hantek6022BEAMD642.Sys. I checked the Hantek site and found the updated driver package driver20211202161006.rar. I used Device Manager to update the driver and rebooted the system. When I plug in the USB cable, it flashes a red light next to the channel 1 BNC. In device manager, the device with the Hantek6022BEAMD642.Sys has a caution icon and it says:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)

The driver could not be loaded because a previous version of the driver is still in memory.

The other Hantek6022BE device is hidden and says that it is not connected.

This is on Windows 11 version 22H2.

I was able to get it working - the final fix was to use pnputil to delete oem55.inf and then update the driver, selecting it manually instead of letting Windows automatically select it.
