Hantek DSO2D15: Cannot acquire more than 4 kpt

Edited by AlexK at 2023-9-20 02:48

I've just bought Hantek DSO2D15 and downloaded DigitalScope from Hantek. It didn't start due to missing VISA.dll. I had to install IOLibSuite_18_3_29517 from Keysight. DigitalScope.exe started working, including exporting data as an CSV file.

However, when I switch the memory depth on the scope (it's not possible to do in DigitalScope) to a value greater that 4 kpt, DigitalScope crashes immediately after launching, so I don't know how to export more that 4 kpt of memory.

Any advice on exporting the scope's memory would be appreciated. I wish it would be possible to save it to a USB stick connected to the front panel, but it seems the "SAVE TO USB" button only saves the screenshot.

UPDATE: Sorry about bothering, I think I found that: it is button SAVE/RECALL -- I saved all the 8 million points. Why, though, does the time column have 4 ns in every row, not the incrementing time, as DigitalScope provides?
