DSO 5102p insensitive to signal and self cal failed at 2/32
hi.. I have an issue with my hantek DSO 5102p.My DSO was working fine but suddenly it became insensitiveto any signal. DSO shows only a straight line ( For both Channels)I updated the firmware but nothingchanged,also i tried for self calibration , it stops at 2/38.
i have noticed one thing that is , none of the relays insidethe device are working,Befor the DSO had this problem, i could hear the relay inside working when it was switched ON.
please give me a solution ...
