My HDM3065B would crash
Customer Consultation:This is ali from ASiDesigner, I recently purchased an HDM3065B Digital Multimeter, but I encountered a bug. When I switch the device to AC voltage measurement mode, if the applied voltage exceeds approximately 200VAC, the display freezes and the meter becomes unresponsive and I should turn it off and on again to be able to use it. I suspect that there might be outdated firmware causing this issue. I was wondering if it's possible to obtain the latest firmware update and test whether it resolves the bug.

If your input signal is larger than 100Vac, please select the Range with "manual" and750v Range.
