I'm user of DPO6104C oscilloscope and I complain data saving.
USB and Ethernet hangs many times a day, not practical.
Front USB stick seems a good solution, but fails of data type.
Do You provide PC tool to read custom data formats?
I miss bitmap types, CSV seem to be last choice.

No such PC tool is provided.
You can save as .bmp or .png or .jpg image.
If the host computer hangs up during use, you can download the latest software from the official website to use.
