Title: Hantek DSO4102C
After a few weeks of waiting, my first Digital Oscilloscope arrived. Though i read a lot of negative reviews of Hantek products in this forum, i finally decided to give it a shot since i'm more on troubleshooting and repairing circuits than circuit designing. Anyway I'm not that experience in reviewing test equipment, but if you have any question regarding this scope, im glad to give answer to the best of my ability and understanding. Teardown??? Of course i WILL DO IT but not for now since i have a lot of things to do.
For the details and specs:

A quick experiment in seting up a VI component tester utilizing its build in DDS Function Generator.

This is it for now since may internet is too slow to upload more pictures. Will soon post pictures of the teardown..

I have a few questions regarding the integrated generator:
1. Maximum amplitude of +/-3.5V (specified in the datasheet) into 50 Ohm load or into Hi-Z load? Please, set 1kHz sine waveform with maximum amplitude. Could you, please, just measure the maximum amplitude by connecting generator output to oscilloscope input?
2. DC Offset – what are (a) maximum and minimum limits and (b) resolution? Please, set 1kHz sine waveform with maximum amplitude and check what are the limits of DC offset. Is waveform on the oscilloscope screen undistorted?
3. Duty Cycle – what are (a) maximum and minimum limits and (b) resolution? Please, set 1MHz square waveform and check what are the limits of duty cycle.
If you could answer it will be greatly appreciated.

Dear sir,
Answer as following:
1. The maximum amplitude is ±3.5V with internal Hi-Z load.
You can connect generator output to oscilloscope input to measure. Please click "GEN/DSO" to change the display.
2. The maximum DC Offset is ±3.5V. At the same time the maximum voltage of DC + peak AC is ±3.5V.
3. The range of the duty cycle is 0.01 to 1.00. The resolution is 0.01.
