A week ago I bought dso1062b oscilloscope.
It works in two minutes and then power off.
Tell me please, what is the problem?

Yes, load properly.
It does not work for a long time and himself is power off.

Dir sir,
Please click "Utility->Shutdown(2/5)->Cancel". It will work normally.

Hello

I have the SAME trouble BUT NOT FIXED:
The Cancel is not visible, need to select a Time value and then Confirm, before getting the Cancel option.
Whatever I do the tool is always autoshutting after 2 minutes. This means it is nearly unusable, there is no way when you are doing electronics you need to press keys all the time.
Given it is not that fast to restart, and you loose all the current settings.
Is there a software patch ??? This is a bug as the timeout feature is not working as expected in the documentation: whatever time you choose it is always auto-shutting after 2 minutes of inactivity.
My version is brand new out of box:
DSO1062B sw 2.01.1(170107.0) hw 1002.10x55558315

Please download the latest firmware in Hantek website and update.
