2--> My DSO-3204 have an ethernet port (LANPoE). It works correctly. but why the yellow and green led of the LAN connector don't works ? and Why the PoE function don't works ? It's an option ? I use a PoE injector but the DSO-3204 don't work with PoE.
3---> My DSO-3204 have a micro-SD card slot. Why ?
4---> My DSO-3204 have a USB DEVICE connector for use with my PC; And also a USB HOST connector for what ????
5--> Where can I download the FIRMWARE and SOFTWARE, etc of this model ??? In the download section of the Hantek website; I see nothing for this model.....

Dear sir,
Answer as following:
1.The maximum input voltage that CH1 CH2 CH3 CH4 can support is 400V(DC+AC Peak) with 1:1 probe.
The maximum measurement voltage is 80V with 1:1 probe and 800V 1:10 probe.
The E-TRIG level range is ±40V. The maximum input voltage that E-TRIG can support is 50V.
2.Please refer to the QuickGuide file to connect LANPoE.
3.The micro-SD card solt doesn't make sense for the users.
4.The USB HOST is used to update the firmware for the users.
5.Later we will upload to our official website.
