download the file openhantek_20220731-b3afdec-1_win_x64.zip
unzip it and read the README_INSTALL.txt to install
i got it to work

It is a 6022BE and it is recognized, yes.
I had reported the problem already 1.5 years ago in the thread "Driver for Win10 1607 and 1703 version or higher version" which is now closed:

The driver is just not compatible with the Win10/11 security feature "core isolation".

1. 首先，参考这个文件说明，卸载之前的驱动文件；

2. 拔掉USB线，按下黑色按钮P/H；

3. 连上USB线，使用最新驱动文件（从本贴开始处下载），手动更新驱动。

请直接下载对应机器型号的驱动程序，在设备管理器中用此驱动程序进行更新驱动。
