DSO4204B Can't Connect to PC

I Can't get my DSO4204B to connect to my PC.
The Oscilloscope recognizes that it is connected to the PC. The USB icon appears on the display.
PC recognizes that Oscilloscope is connected. Device Manager (PC) recognizes divice as a
USB Test and Measurement Device (IVI).
But Keysight Connection Expert does not find my device.
How to do I get my my Oscilloscope to connect to my PC?
