Hi,
Recieved Hantek 6022BL today. Software applikation installs and starts, but cant find device. Windows 10 Pro v. 1803, computer Acer
I have followed everything on this site regarding Windows 10 drivers. Still the same problem;
1. Install from CD
2. Unknown device in Device Manager
3. Manually update from newly downloaded Win 10 driver for 6022BL
4. Hantek driver 1 installs and prpogram waits couple of seconds
5. Blue screen, strange sounds, automatic restart of computer.
Restarts and crash again
Unplugs the unit and it starts normally.
Doing all uninstallations described in your dokuments. new installations, same thing.
Looking in the computer and there are driver 1 and driver 2 on disk.
Thought that Win 10 problems were solved by now.
