HANTEK IDS01070A wifi oscilloscope

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought HANTEK IDS01070A wifi oscilloscope from Aliexpress through online.I have followed the procedure as given in the manual and installed the drivers related to it to the PC.But after connecting the Hantek device through USB cable which came with the device i am not able to identify the device in the PC.But i am able use the system using APPLE app through wifi Connectivity and its working fine.please let me know how to find Android App for the same.and let me know how to troubleshoot the same.

Dir sir,
Connect to PC: First keep pressing power button until power indicator lights up. Now press reset EasyLink WIFI setting button within 5 seconds, then the USB/WiFi communication indicator lights up and keeping light. Then you can connect the IDSO with PC via USB cable. When the device is recognized, open the software, that will take several seconds to connect.
The Android App needs to wait for a period of time to release. Please wait patiently.

do we need to connect both the Red USB and Black USB connector to PC to communicate.

can we use normal fire wire to USB communication cable used for printer to connect with this device.

Generally speaking, This cable pulls power from both USB port, and thus increases the output to the external drive.
The red molded hood on the auxiliary USB-A connector enables the user to quickly distinguish between main and auxiliary power.
For IDSO1070, just need to connect the black USB connector to computer.

we are interested to buy some 100 quantity of IDSO1070A Oscilloscope.I was wondering who should i contact to buy directly from HANTEK in china.

Previously we bought one number quantity from Aliexpress.we are hoping if we could buy in bulk from HANTEK,we could expect some discount.we are put up in Bangalore,INDIA.
