Hello,

I ve got a problem on my Hantek 6022BE. I can not have a measure up than 5V . For example, if i plug directly on 12V the maximum what i can measure is 5V.

I use on windows 10. I ve got my 6022BE since few monthes, but i never used before on tension up than 5V until now. So i didn't know if it was working before.  Have you got some idea to resolve ?

Thanks a lot

Best regards

Vincent

Dir sir,
Greeting from Hantek.
The max. measure voltage is -5V~+5V without any attenuation. Please use 10:1 attenuation to measure 12V.
And the input protection voltage is 35V, otherwise the device will be damaged.
Have a nice day.
