I bought a Hantek DSO2С10 SCOPE (Number CN2302029034653 software 1.0.2.0.0 (221028.00) firmware 3205).
Detected a signal display problem.
If the signal frequency is 3 hz, or less, then the trigger does not work in auto mode.
If the trigger switches to normal mode, it works.
If you change the vertical resolution from 1 to 2 volts per division, the oscilloscope shows the correct signal for a short time.
But then it shows a value 2 times less
If you switch the trigger to auto mode, the oscilloscope shows the correct signal amplitude, but the trigger does not work.
If you now switch the trigger to normal mode, then the oscilloscope shows everything correctly.
There is also a problem with signal mapping when changing the depth of memory.
If you set the horizontal resolution of 50 ms per division and depth of the 400k memory, the oscilloscope displays the signal correctly.
If you switch the horizontal resolution by 100 ms per division, then the oscilloscope shows the wrong waveform
If you now press the single button, the oscilloscope shows the correct waveform
In the oscilloscope, it is not possible to reset the measurement statistics.
You need to reset everything, then reinstall the necessary measurements and turn on the statistics.
It will be better if you replace "Clear all" with "Clear statistics."
I really hope that in the next software change, these problems will be fixed.
