DigitalScope software Issue

My  DigitalScope software can't communicate with my DSO1072E ! Error: Not exist configuration to this machine !
Scope Ver software : 1.0.01    2014
I installed the last driver on Win7 64 (ver : 1.1.0.902)
system info on Oscilloscope : sw ver : 3.2.35(150429.0)
                                          hw ver : 1050*900300
Any guidance will be appreciate .

Dir sir,
Please register a username and download the latest firmware on our official website: http://hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_1_158.html
And click "Utility->Update->Confirm" to update the firmware.

Thanks Amy,

I updated to the last version which is : sw ver : 3.2.35(160328.0)
hw ver : 1050*900304

But still no communication with PC ! any solution ?

Please turn off the anti-virus software in your computer and try to update the driver again.
