I had the same problems (Uknown device in Windows 10 64). Solution was to unplug device from PC, press button at the back and plug-in the device again.
I'm back in problems after reboot. When it had run successfully, driver name was Hantek6022BL DRIVER 2, shown in Device manager. After reboot, Driver Manager shows Hantek6022BL DRIVER 1, with warning that driver is not signed.
