Hantek: I have just received my Hantek PC-based DSO, Model 6022BE serial no. 681035025. I immediately registered the unit. It was purchased through Amazon. The software loaded well and I get the main layout on the screen of the PC with all the adjustments appearing to work as they should. However the unit does not seem to do anything. In the upper left of the screen it says "Wait" and the bottom shows "seeking unit" or some such. There is no one khz square wave out at the appropriate terminal. This was checked by another oscilloscope - no output or DC level. It seems to be dead. How do I return it for repair or replacement ? I was also disappointed in that there was no documentation included with the unit, either on paper or on the program CD. That is unforgiveable. I need the operating manual. The USB cable has two type A connectors on one end of the cable assembly, one black and one red with no information as to the use of each. Please contact me with the return procedure.
Please give this some consideration so that I can be a satisfied customer.
