Where to get technical support or warranty repairs for a Hantek 6022BE

Dir Sirs:
I purchased a Hantek 6022BE, from a seller on ebay. After 2 weeks of use, it stop working. Itdoes not respond to the test input signal on the unit, all I get is ahorizontal line on both channels. I cannot get the seller to return my emails.I need to know where I can get technical support or warranty repairs. I live inTexas, USA. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
