Dir sir,
Did you install the driver?
Please connect the device to PC via USB cable and click right mouse "My Computer->Device Manager" and give me a screenshot to study.

If installed the drivers.

Also the install the drives from the device manager but neither recognizes.

Is the installation failed?
Please give us the fail interface.
Or close the anti-virus software on your computer to install the driver again.

Windows says.
Windows colud not install you unknown device.
Windows can not find driver software for the device
Plase contact the manufacturer
I have the 1025G and I have not problems with anti-virus

Dear Sir,

The drivers of Hantek1025G and DSO3064 are different, please close the anti-virus software to try.

Please refer to attachment "Method 2: Install the driver again" description to uninstall the driver. Then select latest driver to update it.

If not success, please give us VID and PID of the device.

If it is possible, please try to install it on other PC.

Close the anti-virus software
Install the drivers using method 2 but does not work.
Prove runing on another computer tut does not work.
That is the VID and PID?

Please right click “unknown device” and choose “property”, in detailed information choose “Hardware ID” and give us the screenshot to study.
