I purchased an Hantek 6022BE. I installed on Windows 7 pro the SW taken from the site www.hantek.com because the cd in the box was empty. After the installation of the SW I connected the Hantek 6022BE with the black USB. The win7 indicated the presence of a new HW without giving me the possibility to install drivers manually. I disconnected and reconnected the USB but nothing has changed. I imagined to connect the red USB instead of the black one but after I connected the red USB The Hantek 6022BE not responding more and no longer responds also connected to other PCS. What can I do?
When it found the new hardware it should have eventually launched an installation wizard to install the driver. There may be a way to launch the wizard manually. My problem has been that it only asks for Driver2 and never comes back for install driver1 but the system still seems to work without Driver1. Both channels are functional. I have installed in XP and Windows 10. Hope that helps some.
Thanks for the feedback that I forced me to look for a problem. The problem was in the USB cable that did not work, I replaced the cable with a standard printer cable and everything works perfectly.
