Title: dso4102s
Hello!

I have a hantek dso4102s (HW:1020xffffa000, SW:3.50.0(20190325.0)) oscilloscope.
Now there is a problem with him.
- When turned on, it does not load.
- When turned on again, it goes to the menu with a message about incorrect shutdown.

Rebooting on F1 does not give a result. Resetting to factory settings for F2 results in an operational failure. When updating from a flash drive, the dso4kc_func_hantek_dso_dso4102c_20190325.0.up file for F3 ends in an operational failure.

Kindly help me resolve the issue

Possibly, my problem with the DSO4102S is similar to the problem described in https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... amp;extra=page%3D2.

Then please help me find recovery_burn file for DSO4102S.

What can a product engineer say about this problem?
Maybe there is a utility program that will fix the system startup error?

Please refer to this video to operate and select F2 to recover the system.

The specified procedure has already been performed. But I repeated it. As before, an “operation failed” is displayed in the process of recovering.
System boot does not happen. When turned on again, it goes to the menu with a message about incorrect shutdown

What to do if the operation with F2 does not give a result?

Hi, this seems to be a procedural problem. Please send a message to me caiyijun@hantek.com

The problems described in https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... &extra=page%3D1 are in my oscilloscope. Can a global update come out to fix them?

The problems described in https://www.eediscuss.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=15123&extra=page%3D ...

The latest firmware has been released. You can download in Hantek official website:

Thank you
The error in the positioning of the coordinate grid and the beginning of the display of signals really decreased. It became possible to completely eliminate it by shifting the trigger level. This is evident due to the dependence of the zero level at the input ports on the trigger level, which is clearly visible at the measurement limit of 2 mV / div (1x).
