Hello, i bought a new Hantek 2D82Auto and get it yesterday.After a short view to funktions suddenly the normal english words on display changed to anything not readable . So have a look tot he picture. Then i want connect the device to my notebook to check the connection with the hantek software and or look for a new firmware, but my computer do not found any device. And if i tryto start the device with an a usb cable connectet the device will not start.

Ok, now i was in able to start the update mode without batteries and update the 2d82 and it looks like everything in fine now. Hope it keeps so

You should download all tools and software for the item. Then install the software and read all the informations to do the update. Especially you have to take out the batterys bevor start the update. In my case only an old Tinkpad T400 detected the Hantek on usb port.

Connect the scope to your computer and click About->CheckUpdate, and follow the prompts to operate.
